Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plumbing Account Manager/Salesperson based in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves managing client accounts, identifying and developing sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, selling plumbing services and solutions, conducting site assessments, and collaborating with the plumbing team to deliver tailored solutions. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Plumbing, Pipes, and Maintenance & Repair
- Experience in general Maintenance and troubleshooting plumbing systems
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies is a plus
- Familiarity with the Phoenix area and local plumbing codes preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in plumbing or related fields desirable
