What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting patients with a warm smile when they arrive and leave
- Managing incoming calls and scheduling appointments with efficiency
- Registering new patients and keeping their information up to date
- Assisting patients with forms and necessary documentation
- Verifying and entering insurance benefits accurately
- Presenting and reviewing treatment plans with clarity and empathy
- Collecting payments and addressing outstanding balances
- Proactively following up on patient recare, no-shows, and cancellations
- Keeping the daily schedule organized and running smoothly
- Responding to patient questions and concerns professionally and courteously
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in the dental field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer literacy, with experience in Dentrix software being a plus
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- Dedication to providing an exceptional patient experience with a passion for patient care
