YOUR DAY IN THE FIELD
This is a people-focused sales role. You will spend your time having real conversations with homeowners, learning what matters to them, and helping them take the next step with their home improvement plans.
You will:
- Speak with homeowners and schedule qualified appointments
- Build trust through clear, professional conversations
- Represent NTY Windows and the quality of our products
- Participate in weekly training designed to sharpen your communication and sales skills
- Learn from experienced mentors who provide direct feedback and support
You will not be expected to figure everything out on your own. The more you learn, practice, and apply, the more confident you become.
WHAT YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL CAN LOOK LIKE
Your compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission, giving you the opportunity to increase your income as your results improve.
Starting Reps: $4,000 to $7,000 in the first month
Experienced Reps: $6,000 to $12,000 per month
Sales Leaders: $250,000 annually
These figures are performance-based, and top performers regularly exceed these ranges. Your results will depend on your activity, skill development, consistency, and performance.
