What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performance sales team.
- Provide real-time coaching and support to help reps close more deals.
- Conduct daily meetings and weekly one-on-ones to keep the team sharp and aligned.
- Jump in and run appointments to lead from the front.
- Drive team revenue with a clear path to market ownership and equity.
- Consistent managers average $250K-$400K /year.
What We Need:
- 2 years of door-to-door sales experience.
- 1 years of proven sales management, leadership, or recruiting experience.
- A deep understanding of the in-home sales process.
- Strong coaching and mentorship abilities.
- A burning desire to build something significant and a commitment to winning.
