WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
This is a relationship-driven sales role where you learn by doing. You will develop the skills needed to create opportunity and close business with confidence.
- Meet with 2 to 4 homeowners daily to understand their needs
- Walk clients through exterior upgrade options and solutions
- Present clear, value-based recommendations
- Participate in weekly training focused on skill and performance

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
First Month: $4,000 - $7,000
Developing Reps: $6,000 - $12,000 per month
Top Performers: $12,000 per month
Sales Leaders: $250,000 annually
