Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records, general ledgers, and journal entries
- Assist in month-end and year-end closings
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist with audits, tax filings, and budgeting processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MRP system)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
