In this role, you’ll provide expert training, develop compelling marketing materials, and drive sales to ensure the success of our clients. - Consult with clients on discovery calls to design tailored marketing strategies that drive business growth, aligning with their industry, business model, budget, and goals.
- Train and empower franchisees on the range of digital marketing services we offer, guiding them on how to sell these solutions and offering ongoing support throughout the sales process.
- Create and streamline processes for our growing digital marketing department, with a focus on effective training systems and sales coaching.
- Engage with franchisees, inspiring active participation in Digital Marketing Services (DMS) and leveraging their client networks to develop impactful proposals, case studies, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate the materials and content needed to support our initiatives.
- Lead a team of graphic designers to create high-quality, tailored materials for franchisees.
- Audit clients' online presence to identify prospects for DMS and assess opportunities for improvement.
- Provide expert knowledge of digital marketing products and how they align with client needs, helping businesses reach their marketing goals with the right tools.
- Coach franchisees to enhance their ability to sell digital marketing services, equipping them with the resources and training they need to succeed.
- Maintain proactive follow-up with clients, tracking progress and encouraging growth in their advertising networks.
- Drive DMS prospecting efforts, staying involved throughout the entire sales cycle with our franchisees.
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships.
