NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Murex Front Office (FO) Support Analyst to work in onsite (2-3 per week) in New York City with our global client.
Overview:
We are seeking Murex Front Office (FO) Support Analyst to join a high-impact initiative supporting traders on critical day-to-day Murex trading operations. In this role, you will sit directly on the trading floor, providing real-time expertise on trade workflows, pricing, and Murex FO modules.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-the-spot functional support to Front Office traders using the Murex platform.
- Assist traders with trade execution workflows, trade capture, simulations, and resolving transactional issues directly on the trading floor.
- Serve as the subject‑matter expert on Murex Front Office modules, including E‑Trade Path, Murex Curves, and reporting (Datamart).
- Troubleshoot issues related to pricing, market data, curves, and trade lifecycle events.
- Guide users on generating reports, running simulations, and validating trade inputs.
- Collaborate closely with traders to interpret their requirements and translate them into Murex configurations or support actions.
- Work with IT and development teams to document defects, create test cases, and validate fixes.
- Support upgrades, new module implementations, and continuous improvements within the FO trading domain.
- Ensure smooth workflow between market data, curve construction, and trade valuation processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with traders and manage high‑pressure, fast‑paced floor‑support interactions.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in financial markets or IT business analysis.
- 2 years of hands‑on Murex experience in Trading, Front Office support, or client‑facing FO projects.
- Strong functional expertise in Murex Front Office modules (E‑Trade Path, Murex Curves, Datamart).
- Front Office product knowledge, including derivatives (FX, Interest Rates, Fixed Income, etc.).
- Ability to explain and support pricing, structuring, and valuation workflows on Murex.
- Experience troubleshooting FO issues and documenting use cases, test scenarios, and defects.
- Strong communication and relationship‑management skills to work directly with high‑pressure trading teams.
- Ability to manage stress, handle trader expectations, and provide quick, accurate responses.
