NTT DATA Services currently seeks a mail processor to join our CVS team in Scottsdale AZ.
Start date: January 2026
Schedule: 4p-2a M-F

Position Summary:
The job scope is working with the CVS corporate mailroom performing Digital printing on large production class printers. We are a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information.

Responsibilities:

• Multitask in a high pressure environment
• Adhere to strict turnaround times
• Work efficiently on the computer using general Microsoft office programs
• Work with multiple large production printers at a time, clear jams, keep stock filled
• Work with large production inserters, be comfortable working with the mechanics of the machine
• Folding & inserting mail into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule.
• Verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame.
• Follow Confidentiality Laws and Regulations.

Requirements:
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year experience working in Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum 1 year experience on large digital copiers, inserters, or mailing machines.
Minimum 1 year experience handling mail
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to stand for long period f time
Must be able to multitask
Work well with others, to keep an enjoyable work place

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $19.50/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
