We are seeking a high-performing enterprise Senior Sales Specialist to drive new business growth for our Applications, Business Process Services, and Data practice. This opportunity will be focused on our Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance industry clientele.  This role will work remotely from your home office located within the US with travel required as necessary.

This individual will identify, develop, and close large digital transformation engagements that help enterprise organizations modernize legacy applications, redesign business processes, and accelerate AI-enabled transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling consulting-led digital transformation services within a large Global Systems Integrator (GSI) and understands how to position modernization as a business transformation—not simply a technology refresh.

This role focuses on executive-level consultative selling, helping CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, and business executives transform legacy technology into agile, AI-powered business platforms.

• Generate net-new enterprise business opportunities.
• Own the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract execution.
• Develop executive relationships across Fortune 1000 organizations.
• Build and manage a pipeline of modernization opportunities exceeding annual quota.
• Lead strategic account planning and opportunity development.

Business Transformation Selling

Partner with customers to:

• Reengineer critical business processes
• Modernize legacy application portfolios
• Replace technical debt with AI-enabled digital platforms
• Build business cases demonstrating measurable ROI

Legacy Modernization Expertise

Executive Client Engagement

• Lead executive presentations.
• Build business cases that quantify operational improvements and financial outcomes.

Deal Leadership

• Shape complex consulting engagements from $5M–$200M .
• Coordinate solution teams across consulting, engineering, delivery, and alliances.
• Lead proposal strategy and negotiations.
• Develop pricing strategies and commercial models.
• Drive competitive win strategies.

Basic Qualifications:

• 15 years of enterprise technology services sales to include:
  • Experience selling Business Process Reengineering initiatives.
  • Experience selling Application Modernization services.
  • Experience selling AI Transformation services.
  • Experience selling Mainframe Modernization.
  • Experience selling IBM AS/400 / IBM i modernization programs.
  • Experience selling Custom Application Development.
  • Experience selling Cloud Migration and Modernization.
• 10 years selling consulting-led digital transformation services.
• 5 years of experience selling solutions into Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance clients.
• Demonstrated success closing multi-million-dollar professional services engagements.
• Experience leading pursuits valued at $10M-$200M .
• Consistent history of exceeding annual sales quotas.
