About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Security Transformation and Advisory Leader to drive enterprise-wide security initiatives, align cybersecurity strategies with business objectives, and advise senior leadership on risk mitigation. This role will lead security transformation programs, ensuring organizations remain resilient against evolving threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Security Leadership : Define and drive security transformation strategies, aligning with business and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Management: Understand and track Financials including but not limited to Cost, Revenue, Margin, Utilization of resources.
- Advisory & Consulting : Provide expert guidance to executive stakeholders on cybersecurity risks, compliance, and best practices.
- Security Program Development : Design and implement security governance frameworks, policies, and roadmaps tailored to the organization's needs.
- Risk & Compliance Oversight : Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, CMMC) and lead security governance efforts.
- Technology & Innovation : Evaluate and recommend security technologies, threat intelligence, and emerging trends to enhance resilience.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Work cross-functionally with IT, legal, risk, and business teams to integrate security into digital transformation initiatives.
- Incident & Crisis Management : Provide oversight on incident response planning, threat management, and business continuity efforts.
- Delivery Quality – Provide and track the standard and consistency of the work delivered. Ensuring accuracy, compliance and meeting defined benchmarks.
- Delivery Excellence – Focus on continuous improvement, innovation, efficiency and exceeding expectations.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and develop security professionals, fostering a strong security culture across the organization.
- 2 0 years in cybersecurity, risk management, or global IT services management, with leadership experience.
- Proven track record in security transformation, governance, and advisory roles at an enterprise level.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, cloud security, zero trust architectures, and regulatory compliance .
- Experience managing global relationship, global organizations with financial modeling, understanding in cost management and optimization strategies.
- Experience working with C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of emerging threats, threat intelligence, and security operations .
- Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or equivalent) preferred.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience with Managed services
- Managed large services delivery organization – approximately 1000 FTE’s
- Lead high-impact security transformation initiatives.
- Work alongside industry-leading experts in cybersecurity and risk management.
- Be at the forefront of securing digital transformation for global enterprises.
