Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with deep expertise in Core Banking systems to lead large-scale transformation and implementation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex, multi-year banking programs, driving delivery across business and technology teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
This role requires leadership across end-to-end program lifecycle, stakeholder management at senior levels, and successful delivery of core banking initiatives such as system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Core Banking transformation programs (implementation, migration, upgrades)
- Define program strategy, roadmap, and execution plan aligned with business objectives
- Manage multiple projects/workstreams within the program, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Engage with senior stakeholders (CXOs, Business Heads, IT Leadership) to drive alignment and decision-making
- Oversee vendor management, including core banking platform providers (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, TCS BaNCS, Flexcube)
- Ensure effective risk, issue, and dependency management across the program
- Drive governance frameworks, including steering committees, reporting, and escalation mechanisms
- Lead business and technology integration, ensuring seamless alignment between functional and technical teams
- Oversee data migration, testing, and cutover planning for core banking systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements
- Drive change management, communication, and user adoption strategies
- Monitor and report program performance, KPIs, and financials
- 10 years of experience in banking/financial services, with significant exposure to Core Banking systems
- 10 years of experience managing large-scale transformation or implementation programs
- Proven experience managing large-scale transformation or implementation programs
- Strong knowledge of leading core banking platforms such as:
- Temenos
- Finacle
- TCS BaNCS
- Oracle Flexcube
- Expertise in program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Strong understanding of:
- Core banking operations (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Lending)
- Data migration and system integration
- Banking regulatory and compliance requirements
- Experience in vendor and stakeholder management at senior levels
- Strong financial and budget management capabilities
- Hybrid role onsite in Jersey City, NJ
