We are currently seeking a Process Transformation Architect to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
BPS Process Transformation Architects Location: Client-Site Remote Type: Full-Time Role Overview: You will own the operational transformation layer of the engagement. Your job is to diagnose bottlenecks, identify automation opportunities, set KPIs, and define how AI-native workflows integrate into day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map current-state BPS process flows and pain points
- Redesign workflows for automation, agent integration, and digitization
- Define key metrics: cycle time, FTE effort, error rate, ROI
- Partner with tech teams to validate feasibility and iterate on improvements
- Drive change adoption across business and ops teams
- 8 years in BPS process re-engineering or delivery (Lending, Claims, KYC, etc.)
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Strong business process modeling (BPMN, Visio, etc.)
- Experience in AI/automation implementation or shared services
