Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented PACS Data Entry / Service Desk Analyst to support a Spectra Data PACS environment. This role focuses on data entry and operational support, ensuring smooth radiology workflow processes in a system currently lacking dynamic PACS workflow assignments for radiologists.
This position is ideal for candidates who are process-driven, reliable, and able to follow established knowledge base (KB) procedures while applying critical thinking to resolve issues.
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry within the PACS system
- Act as a Service Desk Analyst, handling basic PACS-related support tasks
- Follow established Knowledge Base (KB) articles and standard operating procedures
- Support radiology workflow processes in a static/non-dynamic PACS assignment environment
- Identify and escalate issues when workflows do not align with documented procedures
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and timely processing
- Collaborate with team members to maintain operational efficiency
Required Skills/Experience:
- 1 years of data entry experience
- 1 year experience with service desk operations or support environments
- High School Diploma/GED
Preferences:
- Experience working with PACS systems or in a radiology/healthcare IT environment (preferred but not required)
- Prior experience in data entry or service desk roles
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($20-$22/hourly). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
