Job Description

Organizational Change Manager:

Reporting into the Global Organizational Change Management (OCM) Leader, the successful candidate will be owning and driving OCM strategies, plans and execution within NTT DATA, Inc. focused on our current business transformation. This person will be coordinating and collaborating to support global initiatives across a highly matrixed organization covering geographic regions, business units, and global functions. This is a temporary position slated to run through March 31 2026.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Translating business and operating model strategies into key messages and engagement and OCM activities.
• Identifying and evaluating adoption and engagement challenges across diverse audiences and stakeholder groups.
• Developing and organizational change management and internal communication strategies, plans, and content to support global transformation initiatives, creating clarity and increasing employee engagement.
• Developing strategies to engage with a diverse slate of stakeholders across the global organization at multiple levels.
• Drive faster adoption and greater proficiency to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for stakeholders.
• Evaluating and adjusting strategies to respond to changing conditions, feedback and trends.

Proven Track Record and Knowledge Of:Experience:

• OCM, communications and engagement strategy, concepts tools and techniques.
• Designing and implementing complex OCM programs and coaching change agents at all levels within an organization.
• Adapting OCM strategies to respect and embrace diverse cultural backgrounds and perspectives.
• Evaluating actions and programs to determine effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborating with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and key stakeholders at multiple levels and across countries and cultures.
• Managing multiple time-critical projects.
  
  

Required Experience / Academic Qualifications And Certifications

• 7 years’ experience in an OCM or related domain role, either internal or as a consultant
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Certification or further studies in Organizational Change Management and/or related domains
  
  

Workplace Type

• Hybrid with possibility for periodic travel
• Preferred location: Charlotte NC or Dallas Metroplex, Texas
