Day to Day job Duties:
- Conversational AI Development Architect and design scalable, robust conversational AI solutions (chatbots, IVR, voice assistants) using the Kore.ai platform.
- Develop API integrations and server-side logic using Node.js and Python.
- Implement natural language processing, NLU capabilities, including intent recognition, entity extraction, and context management. Techniques and machine learning algorithms (e.g., TensorFlow, spaCy) to enhance bot intelligence.
- Utilize MongoDB to store and manage conversation data and user context.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy AI bots across various channels (voice/chat).
- 5 years of experience with NLP.
- 3 Years of Expert knowledge in the Kore.ai platform and NLP, NLU, and machine learning algorithms.
- 2 Years of experience with Python, Java scripting, and Node.js.
- Strong experience in MongoDB.
- Experience in working as part of scrum team with knowledge of related ceremonies.
- Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) to optimize and fine-tune NLP models.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills for mentoring junior developers.
