We are currently seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Senior Specialist to join our team in Dallas / Westlake, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Description: The candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of brokerage domain experience as either a Systems Analyst (SA) or Business Analyst (BA)
• Minimum 8 years of overall experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
• Willingness and ability to comply with Fidelity's evolving workplace expectations, including the anticipated full-time in-office work model in the Texas office
• Gathers requirements for new features or enhancements for portfolio construction platform for data analysis.
• Coordinates and runs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
• Collaborates with the technology and business
• 8 Yrs Advanced experience as a Systems Analyst supporting the development of complex, enterprise software solutions.
• B.S. in Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Brokerage experience and familiarity with Trading capabilities strongly preferred. Experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems.
• Experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, use-case development, story writing, set-up & configuration of systems, gap analysis, user acceptance testing, and product documentation.
• 5 Yrs Solid grasp and experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), querying relational databases, and programming in general.
• 5 Yrs Proven experience working with APIs - REST, SOAP, JSON, XML. 5 Yrs Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with generative AI tools to increase efficiency and quality.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, proactive, organized, highly responsive, and committed to quality.

Suggestions: Experience collaborating with the User design team team to gather and communicate user requirements, finalize front end interfaces, ensure consistent user experience across platforms, and work with design tools like Figma.
