We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona (US-AZ), United States (US).
Job Description:
Day to Day job Duties:
• Analyse the existing Resideo Applications, their Business processes and propose robust solutions to improve the overall User experience and performance of the site thereby increasing Sales generating more profits
• Document requirements in Confluence
• Set business rules in Insite and document master data & User roles
• Work with Development team, Designer to build new features or replace existing solution & UX designs
• Work with QA team to build applicable Test cases and test the solution end to end in QA system
• Assist business in UAT and get the required sign-off to move to Production
• Train Business users to get hands on the new solutions built
• Work with development team to deploy the solutions signed off to Production
• Present innovative ideas to improve overall user experience
• Participate in Daily Scrum call, Workshops, QA sessions, Prioritization, Retrospective & Deployment meetings in each sprint
• Work with Product owners, Business team, Scrum master on the required approvals on documentation
• Update Jira Backlog, Stories, Defects & Tasks daily
Basic Qualifications:
• 1-2 Year Business analyst experience.
• Optional – 1-2 years Project management experience.
• Good communication skiil.
Travel: No
Degree: Bachelors in computer science or related field
Nice to Have; (But not a must)
• Project lead experience
