NTT DATA  currently seeks a Bswift Consultant to join our team in the USA.

This can be a remote position:

• Support bswift enrollment configuration for benefits plans, eligibility rules, life events, open enrollment, and new hire enrollment.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand enrollment requirements and translate them into platform configuration needs.
• Assist with setup and validation of benefit plans, rates, coverage tiers, dependent eligibility, and employee enrollment workflows.
• Support open enrollment and ongoing enrollment operations, including testing, defect resolution, and production support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on data feeds, file layouts, integrations, and eligibility updates.
• Participate in testing activities including unit testing, system testing, UAT, regression testing, and enrollment scenario validation.
• Troubleshoot enrollment issues related to eligibility, plan mapping, rates, coverage effective dates, and employee/dependent data.
• Create or maintain documentation for configuration, process flows, test scenarios, issue logs, and operational procedures.
• Provide subject matter expertise on bswift capabilities, limitations, and best practices for enrollment administration.

• 7 years hands-on experience with bswift benefits administration/enrollment platform.
• 2 years strong understanding of benefits enrollment processes, including open enrollment, new hire enrollment, qualifying life events, eligibility, and dependent management.
• 2 years experience configuring benefit plans, rates, eligibility rules, coverage levels, and enrollment workflows.
• High School Diploma or GED

• Prior experience supporting bswift implementations, enhancements, or production operations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across business, IT, vendor, and operational teams.
• Experience working in healthcare payer, insurance, benefits administration, or HR technology environments is preferred.
• Experience with carrier file feeds, EDI, eligibility files, or HRIS integrations.
• Understanding of healthcare benefits, medical/dental/vision plans, COBRA, life events, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience supporting open enrollment cycles or large-scale benefits administration programs.
• Knowledge of HR/benefits data, employee eligibility, carrier feeds, and integration touchpoints.
• Ability to support testing, defect triage, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate is a bswift hands-on functional/configuration specialist who understands benefits enrollment processes and can quickly support CareFirst's enrollment needs by bridging business requirements, platform configuration, testing, and operational support.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($60- $90/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
