Overview:
You will lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions powered by AI agents and decision-support platforms. Acting as the bridge between client stakeholders, product teams, and engineers, you will map current-state operations and co-create the future-state AI-native architecture.

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client workflows (e.g., claims, lending, KYC) and pain points
- Architect AI-native solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms
- Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams
- Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilities
- Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and drive adoption
- 10 years in Banking Domain
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and Business Processes, BPS / BPO
- Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models
- Excellent client-facing communication for Solutions and large deals with executive storytelling skills
- Familiarity with AI/ML & Agentic concepts, even if not hands-on
