Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with channel partners, distributors, and internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth and service adoption.
- Act as a central escalation point for partner and customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction levels.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, particularly for support and professional services offerings.
- Drive pipeline development through proactive prospecting, partner engagement, and collaboration with sales teams.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance, address challenges, and align on growth strategies.
- Design and implement partner growth frameworks to improve service attach rates and overall revenue performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, support) to position comprehensive solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and AI-driven tools to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and improve sales efficiency.
- Support go-to-market initiatives by educating partners on service portfolios and identifying capability gaps.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10 years of experience in IT services sales, business development, or channel management.
- 5 years of strong experience working with channel partners and distributors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- 5 years of experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and business intelligence platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in enterprise IT environments or with major technology vendors.
- Familiarity with support services, professional services, and solution selling.
- Experience leveraging AI tools in sales or customer engagement.
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
