The AI Researcher focuses on hands-on experimentation and applied research, advancing CLIENT's AI capabilities through rigorous prototyping, evaluation, and collaboration with engineering teams.
This role bridges research and production.
Key Responsibilities
Research and prototype ML, GenAI, and agentic techniques
Build reproducible Python-based experimentation pipelines
Design and execute model evaluation frameworks
Analyze results and translate insights into production recommendations
Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to operationalize research
Stay current with academic and industry advancements
Minimum Skills Required: Required Qualifications
Advanced degree or equivalent experience in AI/ML
Strong Python and ML experimentation experience
Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
Experience with experiment tracking and reproducibility
What Differentiates Strong Candidates
Prior applied research in financial services or regulated domains
Publications or demonstrated applied innovation
