NTT DATA Services currently seeking REMOTE Clinical Imaging Radiology/PACS Analysts to join our team for a 1 year contract role.

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Clinical Imaging Analysts to support imaging systems and applications across multiple markets. This role combines expertise in evaluating, designing, and implementing imaging technologies with hands-on support for system enhancements and upgrades. Analysts will ensure optimal functionality of imaging environments ( Change and/or Merge Radiology PACS, Cardiology PACS, and hemodynamics, etc) and act as subject matter experts during implementation and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide expertise in imaging systems, including PACS, CPACS, hemodynamics, maternal fetal medicine imaging, voice recognition and dictation, image viewing, and imaging AI applications.
* Respond to user issues by listening, clarifying, and resolving effectively.
* Troubleshoot application problems independently and escalate as needed.
* Analyze technical issues and apply knowledge following established procedures.
* Participate in project calls and provide timely updates.
* Perform system testing and document results accurately.
* Create and maintain knowledge base documentation.
* Provide go-live and post-go-live support for imaging applications.
* Act as a subject matter expert for Clinical Imaging applications during upgrades and implementations.
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
* 3 years of experience in healthcare imaging systems or related IT roles.
* 3 years experience with imaging platforms: Merge Cardio, Change PACS, and PowerScribe.
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with the technical side testing, servers, and databases
* Familiarity with documentation and support processes.
* Basic understanding of emerging trends and technologies in Healthcare IT.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting with occasional on-site visits.

Education
* Bachelor s degree required.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is. $82 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
