Your day at NTT DATA The Warehousing Administrator is a developing administrator role, required to ensure the proper handling and storage of materials and products in the warehouse. This role may be required to operate a forklift truck. The Warehousing Administrator performs their daily tasks under supervision of a Warehousing Manager or Team Lead. Key responsibilities: Executes the inbound, picking, packing and outbound processes within a warehouse. Ensures that goods received and dispatched are authenticated and accurate records are processed. Escalate any issues, problems or discrepancies to the relevant Warehouse Supervisors. Keeps and maintains accurate records for archiving and retrieval. Assists in warehouse inventory management including stock count processes. Required to perate a forklift as necessary. Must be aware of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality legislation and adhere to company policies in this regard. Performs any relevant task as requested by management. To thrive in this role, you need to have: Client service orientated. Ability to operate warehouse machinery and related equipment. Good attention to detail. Knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental legislation. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good listening skills with the ability to follow instructions. Academic qualifications and certifications: High School Certification or equivalent qualification. FLT driver license is desirable. Relevant Warehousing certification essential. Required experience: Some experience gained in a similar role. Some experience operating warehouse equipment is desirable.
