Solution Architects at Netsmart: As a Solution Architect within our consulting organization, you are tasked with leveraging your expert solution knowledge to recommend best practices for implementation and maintenance, as well as to design processes within your domain of expertise. Your role entails owning subject matter expertise, overseeing design, and ensuring the successful implementation of a particular component within the overall project. At Netsmart, we have a couple paths that Architects follow: Clinical Solution Architect: The clinical architect oversees the clinical design of the system from start to finish during the implementation phase. Collaborating closely with clients, they pinpoint workflows and recommend optimal practices in line with industry standards. Acting as the primary source of knowledge, they guide both the project team and the client through the clinical implementation process. In this role, you'll spearhead client events, oversee clinical data gathering, recommend clinical and myUnity best practices, analyze and design workflows, create documentation and myUnity content, coach and mentor the solution team, mediate internal and client conflicts, and address troubleshooting and issue resolution. Responsibilities Provide expertise during client engagement to deliver workflow and solution design to achieve defined benefits. Responsible for guiding clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance. Act as a primary consultant for the client’s solution troubleshooting, consultation, and knowledge transfer Cultivate and sustain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge, and engagement support. Seek to resolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise during installation, operation, maintenance or testing. Manage client expectations and ensure project delivery meets goals of engagement. Coach, mentor and guide solution teams on recommended methodology practices Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience At least 4 years of health care information technology implementation or consulting working experience At least 2 years Electronic Health Record solution work experience At least 1 year of project management experience Ability to communicate effectively with technical, clinical and operational teams Ability to document and present architecture concepts, often narrowing complex ideas to a single overview Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems Preferred At least 2 years Netsmart EHR solution work experience Experience working within hospice, home health, palliative, senior living and personal care workflows. Knowledge and exposure within Hospice processes such as Notice of Election, Benefit Periods, level of Care, F2F, CTI and SIA Knowledge and exposure within Home Health processes such as Start of Care, OASIS, Plan of Care, and PDGM Components Expectations Travel expected up to 20% of the time as needed Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel Netsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
