What You'll Do
- Take ownership of planning and managing customer projects in the IT infrastructure sector
- Ensure projects stay on track with costs and deadlines
- Develop comprehensive project plans and corresponding work packages
- Act as the key liaison between internal and external IT teams
- Oversee and coordinate all project activities
- Handle escalation management and project reporting/documentation
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within the IT sector
- Structured and strategic way of thinking
- IT process know-how and IT infrastructure knowledge are an advantage
- IPMA level C/D or Prince2-Foundation certification is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills (basic German is a plus)
- Great people skills with a confident, assertive personality
- Strong organizational skills and team-player mentality
- Ability to work independently while enjoying collaboration
