NTO Commercial is a growing commercial general contractor based in Northeast Tarrant County, and we’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Define project scope, schedules, and deliverables
- Develop and manage project budgets and costs
- Coordinate permits, approvals, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee contracts, subcontracts, and procurement activities
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and daily construction activities
- Provide regular updates on project progress, costs, and milestones
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Management, Construction Science or related studies.
- 5–7 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam
- Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
