Job Overview
We are currently seeking motivated sales representatives for a full-time seasonal in-home sales opportunity serving the Louisville area and surrounding parts of Kentucky and southern Indiana.
In this role, you will meet with homeowners who have requested information, present product options, and complete sales during scheduled in-home appointments.
All appointments are pre-set. No cold calling or door-to-door prospecting is required.
Responsibilities
- Run 2–3 scheduled in-home appointments per day
- Meet with homeowners who have requested information
- Deliver a structured sales presentation
- Close sales during scheduled appointments
- Cover a regional territory within reasonable driving distance
Compensation
- 100% commission-based (1099)
- Average commission per sale: $600–$700
- Typical weekly earnings: $2,500–$3,500
- Performance bonuses available
- Paid twice per month
Training is provided before beginning in the field.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Smartphone required
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends
Sales experience is helpful but not required.

This position serves the greater Louisville corridor, including surrounding parts of:
- Kentucky
- Southern Indiana
- Southern Ohio
Applicants should be willing to travel within a regional territory for scheduled appointments.
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per week
