What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls, assist taxpayers with forms and publications
- Provide excellent seasonal call center customer service from home
- Navigate multiple computer screens and applications
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Type 20 WPM and multitask between applications
- Reliable, quiet home office with wired internet
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hrs/week (peak Jan–Apr)
- U.S. citizen, able to meet IRS federal background check requirements
