What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pipe Hydro Tester position at NTI Marine Offshore Industrial?
NTI Marine/Offshore/Industrial is seeking 2 Pipe Hydro Testers for a project in Pascagoula, MS.
Responsible for independently performing hydrostatic and air pressure testing on piping systems to ensure they are leak-free, compliant, and ready for QA inspection.
Key Duties:
- Read piping drawings and verify system completion
- Conduct pressure testing and identify leaks or defects
- Document results and operate testing equipment
- Coordinate with QA for final approval
Requirements:
- 2 years of hydro/air testing experience
- Ability to read drawings and work independently
- Familiarity with shipyard/industrial standards (ABS/NAVSEA preferred)
