Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and hiring processes within NTI. You will collaborate closely with the recruitment team, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient experience. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills will contribute to the success of our recruitment efforts.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, in-person and virtual, ensuring all parties are well-informed of the details.
- Communicate with the Recruiters with regards to the recruitment process, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Assist with the coordination of job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives.
- Process all new hire request, offer letters and onboarding.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, and drug screenings, as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and excel trackers ensure data integrity.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, such as preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork.
- Participate in the onboarding process by coordinating orientation schedules and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Bilingual, Spanish/English highly preferred.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to carry and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to speak clearly in group settings.
- This position will require sitting for long periods of time, walking, standing, bending, as well as using fine motor skills, such as finger dexterity.
