We are looking to add a Hybrid role (part warehouse/part print production) to our Nashville Operations teamThe Warehouse & Graphics Team Member is a flex role supporting daily warehouse operations while also serving as part-time support for graphic production. This role ensures accurate inventory handling, efficient material staging, and adherence to safety and operational standards, while also running and maintaining roll printer equipment and supporting graphic production needs. Most of this role's time is spent on warehouse duties, with graphic production responsibilities as a secondary, recurring function. The Warehouse & Graphics Team Member works with warehouse leadership and the graphic production team to ensure materials, equipment, and graphics are prepared, tracked, and ready for successful show execution.

You will report directly to the Director of Operations. Position is a first shift position and does require being on-site full-time with the ability to work overtime when needed, which may include nights and weekends.

Pay is $18-22/hr. 

What You’ll Do: 

Warehouse Operations:

  • Pull and stage stock items (e.g., Flex Frame and similar exhibit systems) for trade show production
  • Receive, label, store, and organize materials and equipment
  • Maintain an efficient warehouse layout to support quick and accurate fulfillment

Inventory Control

  • Track materials used on jobs and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Support cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
  • Contribute to maintaining current and reliable inventory systems and receiving logs

Logistics & Project Support

  • Notify warehouse leadership about material needs and shortages
  • Prepare and stage materials for upcoming shows and client projects
  • Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed

Graphic Production

  • Run and maintain roll printer and other equipment, including routine upkeep, media/ink changes, and basic troubleshooting
  • Produce show-site and client graphics accurately and on schedule
  • Follow file specifications and production standards set by the graphic production team
  • Serve as an on-site support resource to the Sr. Manager of Graphic Production, escalating questions or issues as needed
  • Participate in weekly graphic production calls to stay aligned on production schedules, standards, and priorities
  • Maintain graphic production supplies, materials, and equipment in good working order

Safety & Compliance

  • Monitor and enforce warehouse safety procedures and SOPs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
  • Comply with company policies and applicable safety regulations

Training & Development

  • Learn and follow warehouse and graphic production procedures and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and operational knowledge across both functions

Additional Expectations

  • Maintain accurate and legible records, logs, and documentation
  • Contribute to workload planning and operational improvements
  • Balance warehouse and graphic production priorities, communicating proactively with both the General Manager and Sr. Manager of Graphic Production
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years of warehouse or related experience
  • Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to learn and operate large format/roll printer equipment (training provided)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to prioritize and shift between warehouse and graphic production tasks as business needs require

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in trade shows, events, construction, or general services industries
  • Prior experience with large format/roll printers or graphic production equipment
  • Familiarity with exhibit systems and project-based material coordination
  • Basic computer skills (inventory systems, Excel, graphic production software, etc.)
  • CDL License is preferred but not required

Working Conditions

  • Warehouse and graphic production environment with varying temperatures
  • Frequent lifting, bending, standing, and equipment operation
  • Full-time, on-site role
  • Flexible availability for nights, weekends and overtime as needed

  • Efficiency of projects, area and material staging
  • Quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery of graphic production output
  • Productivity, engagement, and safety
  • On-time readiness of materials and graphics for shows and client projects
