We are looking to add a Claims & Compliance Coordinator to our corporate team. The Claims & Compliance Coordinator supports the Risk Management function by administering insurance claims, maintaining regulatory compliance records, and ensuring accurate reporting across safety, fleet, and insurance programs. This role is critical in maintaining operational compliance, supporting litigation tracking, and driving consistency in reporting and documentation
You will report directly to the Insurance & Risk Manager and be based out of Nth Degree’s corporate office in Duluth GA. We do function in a hybrid capacity; typically, Tuesday and Wednesday in the office, the other days can be done remotely.
Salary is $60-65,000
What You’ll Do:
• Manage insurance claim intake and reporting, including gathering required documentation (e.g., wage statements, contact information) for adjusters
• Process property damage case files, including investigations, documentation management, and maintaining diaries within internal systems (e.g., Oasis)
• Support subrogation processes through recovery
• Maintain litigation calendar and communicate key deadlines, appearances, and obligations
• Maintain OSHA 300 logs, including quarterly and annual reconciliation
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute department dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, and reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Maintain Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs), driver schedules, and CDL compliance tracking
• Coordinate LMS training tracking and maintain training records
• Develop and distribute safety communications, including newsletters and required forms
• Maintain vehicle titles, registrations, and licensing for company-owned vehicles and trailers
• Ensure compliance with state and federal DOT regulations, including required reporting
• Support employee payroll reporting requirements for monopolistic states
• Oversee forklift certification tracking and inspection compliance
• Manage Certificate of Insurance (COI) processes for vendors, subcontractors, and venues
• Issue and maintain corporate Certificates of Insurance
• Partner with Risk Manager to maintain and update departmental SOPs
• Perform other duties as assigned
Who You Are:
Preferred Experience
• Experience in risk management, insurance, safety administration, fleet operations, or a related field
• Experience with insurance claims processing, subrogation, or case management
• Experience maintaining compliance records and regulatory documentation (DOT, OSHA, CDL)
• Working knowledge of insurance claims processes, including intake, documentation, and adjuster coordination
• Familiarity with OSHA recordkeeping (300/300A logs) and DOT/federal compliance standards
• Experience with LMS or training tracking systems
• Familiarity with CDL compliance and MVR review processes
Required Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to manage and maintain reporting, data tracking, and documentation

Additional Requirements
• Valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma (minimum education requirement)
• Ability to work onsite in Duluth, GA on Tuesday’s & Wednesdays (subject to change)
• Occasional travel may be required
