Job Description: MEDSURG RN URGENT NEED!!!

Responsibilities:

Provides direct nursing care to rehab, medical/surgical/telemetry patients including adolescents, adults and the geriatric population according to the assignment and to individual needs of the patient; assesses health-related needs based on biological data, patient history and other existing data, such as medical chart reports or computerized medical record.

• Minimum 1 year of current experience - Required
• Active License
