Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Safety Products
Summary
- Drive regional sales growth for industrial safety products
- Execute sales strategy while meeting revenue and profitability targets
- Manage distributor relationships within assigned territory
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales, EBIT, and market penetration goals
- Grow and manage distributor and rep partner relationships
- Develop new accounts, channels, and sales opportunities
- Support proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams
- Manage territory expenses and complete MBO objectives
Qualifications
- Experience in regional or territory sales management
- Background in industrial or safety-related products preferred
- Strong distributor/channel management skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
