Job Title: LPN
Facility: LTC
Shift:
- Full time Nights 5x8, every other weekend scheduling, holidays required as needed
Contract Length:
- 13-16 weeks. *No time off can be requested for the three major holidays – candidates will be given one of the three holidays off, but which one they are given will depend on client staffing
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year recent LPN experience required
- At least 1 year recent LTC/SNF experience required
- Must hold an active state LPN license
- BLS certification required through AHA or RQI – no others (ex: red cross) accepted
- Must have personal transportation and valid driver’s license. (no public transport/ride sharing available in this area!)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
