The Role
As Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our growth engine, helping connect local manufacturers, investors, and partners across the U.S. This is a hands-on role where you will create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, shape our brand voice, and support events and outreach as we expand from Rhode Island to the rest of the nation.

What you will do
· Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting manufacturers, investors, and partners.
· Write and publish engaging content across email newsletters, web, blog, and social media.
· Build segmented lists in HubSpot and implement automated workflows to optimize outreach.
· Support in-person and virtual events, including planning, promotion, and post-event debriefs.
· Create and manage photos, videos, and branded content from events and site visits.
· Collaborate across teams: product, data strategy, sales, customer success, to align messaging and growth strategies.
· Conduct market research to inform marketing and business development.
· Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and dashboards to keep campaigns on track.
· Track and report on campaign performance metrics with actionable insights.
· Help manage our CRM and marketing automation systems.
· Pitch in on cross-functional projects and streamline processes where needed.
What we are looking for
· 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS or manufacturing-related is a plus).
· Strong writing skills with demonstrated experience in email, social, or web copy.
· Excellent communicator able to work with all levels of the organization.
· Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
· Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Google Analytics, LinkedIn).
· Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience preferred.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects with tight timelines.
· Self-directed, adaptable, and positive—comfortable in a fast-growing start-up.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
· Ability to travel as needed, less than 10% travel expected.
· Bonus Points for:
Experience in account-based marketing (ABM). Comfort with AI tools or basic coding.
