• Core Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Overview
Work with a leading energy utility firm within their Project and Contract Management organization. This newly created role is designed for a proactive Automation Developer who can transform everyday project management operations. Working directly with department leadership, you will identify manual, redundant processes—such as multi-department request forms—and design automated tools and master templates to streamline project delivery across hundreds of team members.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate directly with department leadership to translate operational challenges into technical automation solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy automated workflows to reduce manual, redundant tasks performed by Project Managers.
• Develop master templates and auto-fill integrations across multi-department request and initiation forms.
• Identify process improvement opportunities independently and connect across the organization to execute solutions.
• Maintain clean written documentation and effectively communicate technical progress to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
• 3 years of professional experience in software development, coding, and workflow automation.
• Proven experience utilizing tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, and related software solutions.
• Extract data, fill out forms, populate third party forms, streamline workflows, automate things for my project managers.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong self-starter capability with demonstrated experience taking ownership of automation projects from concept to deployment.
Preferred Qualifications
• High-level understanding of construction, utility, or engineering project management lifecycles.
• Experience implementing data or automation solutions within a large enterprise environment.
