- W2 Contract, 6 months
- This position is hybrid. The office is located in Newark DE.
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday are in-office days.
- Travel is required for team meetings and site visits (1-2 times per month).

Overview
A Project Manager Jr. assists in the planning, execution, and completion of projects under the guidance of a senior project manager. This role plays a key part in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Monitor project progress and identify/address issues or risks
- Communicate with team members, stakeholders, and senior management on project status
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations
- Support implementation of project management best practices and processes
- Manage project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets
- Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
- Support development and maintenance of relationships with external partners and vendors
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree .
- A minimum of 2 years of Project Management or Engineering Experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools required.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and exceptional time management abilities to manage large order volumes.
- Strong technical proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Primavera (P6), Microstation, CAD skills are plus
- PMP certificatio is plus (highly preferred)
- Prior experience supporting utility programs, utility construction, or electric distribution projects.
