Overview
Our client is seeking a Project Manager Analyst to join their team.. The Project Manager Analyst assists in the planning, execution, and completion of projects under the guidance of a senior project manager. They play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks effectively while working within a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with project management tasks
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinating project activities and ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule.
Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing issues or risks.
Communicating with team members, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status.
Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Supporting the implementation of project management best practices and processes.
Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Providing administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
Supporting the development and maintenance of relationships with external partners and vendors.
Provide comprehensive support to various project management initiatives and teams.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure project timelines are met.
Maintain organized project documentation and tracking systems.
Adapt to changing project needs and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative project goals.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor s degree.
1-5 years of professional experience.
Technical or software background.
Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
High level of adaptability and an enthusiastic approach to learning new processes.
PMP Certification
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Experience utilizing MS Office Suite and PowerBI.
Strong understanding of the project management lifecycle.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Educational background in Engineering or Finance.
Previous experience within the utility or construction industries
