A fast-paced Los Angeles–based Talent & Modeling Agency—now newly expanded into New York City—is seeking part-time student interns to work in person at our Manhattan office. We’re looking for individuals who are focused, punctual, creative, detail-oriented, strong team players, social-media savvy, able to thrive under pressure, and genuinely passionate about the entertainment industry. This is an unpaid internship but eligible for academic credit.
Intern responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting talent agents with daily tasks and client communication
- Assisting with data entry across multiple casting platforms
- Collaborating with the Print Department on digital and print design projects
- Designing layouts for model portfolios, promos, and e-blasts
- Creating assets for various social media channels
- Ensuring all client-submitted images are high-resolution and properly uploaded
- Sending model/talent materials (photos, videos, digitals) to clients
- Helping coordinate weekly model open calls and reviewing submissions
- Contributing to general office organization
- Conducting new client/brand research and outreach
- Assisting with photographer research and model test shoots
- Reviewing and uploading theatrical self-tapes
- Updating and maintaining clients’ Actors Access profiles
- Helping narrow down theatrical headshots
- Drafting and sending pitches for the Digital Department
