Company OTR Driver – Drive 2023–2026 Equipment.

We’re hiring Company OTR Drivers to operate 2023–2026 model trucks, including Volvo, Freightliner Cascadia, International, and Mack. Get steady miles, competitive pay, modern equipment, and a team that truly supports drivers.

Position Highlights

• Pay: $0.65-0.75 CPM (all miles paid).
• Bonus: Performance-based bonus available after 3 weeks out.
• Referral Bonus: $500 for each qualified driver referral.
• Home Time: Must stay out a minimum of 3 weeks.
• Equipment: Assigned 2023–2026 trucks – Volvo, Cascadia, International, Mack.
• Route Type: 100% OTR (Over-the-Road).
  
  

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned truck across OTR routes nationwide.
• Deliver freight on schedule and maintain contact with dispatch.
• Keep accurate ELD logs and follow DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
  
  

Requirements

• Must stay out a minimum of 3 weeks per run.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Clean background; able to pass DOT physical & drug screen.
• No SAP drivers accepted.
