Mission Focus: NT Concepts is seeking a Release Manager to support the DoD enterprise Military Housing system. This complex system of 34 web-based modules is used by over 10,000 active users to meet the housing needs of over 2.5 million service members, DoD civilians, and their families.
Clearance: Active DOD Secret clearance required
Location/Flexibility: Candidates must be local to the DC Metro area. This position offers remote flexibility but requires onsite work two days per week at offices in Vienna, VA and Reston, VA.

Responsibilities:
- Document requirements into user stories, design documents, and testing plans.
- Develop website mockups
- Work with various stakeholders eliciting requirements.
- Strong project management and presentation skills
- Lead DevOps teams
- Write test plans and perform various types of software testing
- Work with Atlassian Work Management tools (Jira/Confluence)
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- BA/BS Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Clearance: Active DOD Secret clearance required
- Current and valid Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or the ability to obtain.
- Active CompTIA Security or equivalent DoD 8140-compliant certification or the ability to obtain it.
- Proven self-starter with the initiative to proactively acquire necessary resources and skills.
- Ability to document requirements into user stories, design and scope documents, and testing plans.
- Experience designing website mockups to support user interface and experience design efforts.
- Prior experience as a Software Release Manager
- Proficient in using project management tools and delivering presentations to customers and stakeholders.
- Experience writing test plans and performing various types of software testing.
- Strong working knowledge of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with computer programming; coding experience is a plus.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at times.
