NSVIT is hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee low voltage and security integration projects from contract award through closeout.We are looking for someone who takes ownership of projects A–Z, understands construction environments, and knows how to keep schedules tight, documentation clean, and teams accountable.This role requires strong organizational discipline, technical awareness, and the ability to stay ahead of problems before they impact schedule or budget.Full Project Lifecycle ManagementManage projects from kickoff to final turnoverBuild and maintain detailed project schedules using Gantt chartsTrack milestones, labor allocation, procurement, and deadlinesEnsure projects stay on schedule and within budgetAnticipate risks and resolve issues before they escalateMaintain constant visibility on project status — nothing falls through the cracksScheduling & PlanningDevelop detailed schedules and update them weeklyCoordinate with general contractors, site superintendents, and other tradesManage manpower planning and deploymentMonitor material lead times and procurement timelinesDrive accountability across field teams and subcontractorsTechnical & Construction CoordinationAccess control systems (including platforms like Brivo and SALTO Systems)Video surveillance systems (including Eagle Eye Networks and Digital Watchdog)Structured cabling and network infrastructureYou don’t need to be the programmer — but you must understand the systems well enough to manage scope, sequencing, and commissioning properly.Documentation & Software ToolsMicrosoft Excel (budget tracking, cost analysis, forecasting, change tracking)Gantt charts (detailed scheduling and progress tracking)Bluebeam (drawing review, takeoffs, markups)Procore (RFIs, submittals, documentation, communication logs)You will:Review plans and specificationsSubmit and track RFIsManage submittals and closeout documentsMaintain accurate project filesTrack change orders and scope modificationsKeep documentation clean and audit-readyCommunication & LeadershipServe as client contact during project executionLead internal project meetingsCoordinate closely with field supervisorsProvide clear updates to leadershipMaintain strong relationships with GCs and property managersWhat We’re Looking For5 years of experience managing low voltage, security, or electrical projectsStrong construction scheduling experienceDemonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Excel (advanced-level comfort required)Experience using Bluebeam and ProcoreExperience building and maintaining Gantt chartsStrong understanding of budgets and cost controlAbility to read construction drawings and specificationsPMP certification strongly preferredValid driver’s licenseWhat Success Looks LikeProjects consistently delivered on scheduleClean documentation and organized job filesAccurate forecasting and budget controlField teams properly coordinatedNo surprises at closeoutCompany DescriptionNSVIT is a fast-growing low-voltage construction and technology company supporting multi-family, commercial, industrial, and healthcare clients.
