You’ll handle essential day-to-day accounting tasks that maintain financial accuracy and ensure smooth business operations.This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to grow in a dynamic, fast-scaling company.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable (AR)Manage OSA AR (PaySimple/PayPal) and prepare AR reportsMonitor AR aging, apply payments, and issue creditsSupport collections activitiesProcess Quick Cash and handle client invoice/payment inquiriesBank Reconciliation & Month-End CloseComplete monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesReconcile platform payments with internal systems and the general ledgerAssist with month-end close activities and documentationSystem / Client SupportSupport system sales processes including PO handling, inventory checks, and sales data validationCoordinate internally to ensure documentation accuracyAssist with recurring billing and client account supportBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred1–3 years of accounting experienceStrong Excel skillsExperience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systemsExperience with online payment platforms (PaySimple, PayPal, Bill.com) is a plusAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills; bilingual English/Korean preferredLegal authorization to work in the U.S.Preferred QualificationsAR reconciliation and GL settlement experienceExposure to NetSuite system-based revenue modelsExperience with client communication or vendor managementCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: approximately $60,000 annuallyBenefits:Excellent medical coveragePaid company shutdown between Christmas and New Year’sAdditional “refresh days” and quarterly company eventsComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) Why You’ll Love Working HereHigh-growth environment where your work has direct impactHands-on experience across key accounting areasSupportive, collaborative culture that values accuracy and ownershipOpportunity to grow with one of the most innovative companies in the golf technology space
