POSITION SUMMARY
NSS Construction is looking for responsible individuals to fill an opening within our company as a lead concrete finisher.

OBJECTIVES
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams, including laborers, finishers, carpenters, truck drivers, foreman, and project managers.
- Be responsible for directly and indirectly interacting with the NSS Construction management team to improve all systems and processes that drive our team to be successful.
- Being in a team-oriented industry, positive attitudes leads to success for everyone.
COMPETENCIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 1-year experience in construction industry
- Be able to safely operate tools, machinery, and vehicles
