Our client is building AI-powered voice agents to transform how enterprises manage complex conversations. Backed by top U.S. investors, they’re growing rapidly across the U.S. and India, with a strong focus on BFSI, Financial Services, and Fintech.
They’re looking for a Solutions Architect to take ownership of solution design from discovery through delivery. You’ll work directly with enterprise customers, translating strategic goals into scalable architectures for chat and voice agents. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that requires technical depth, business acumen, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise clients during discovery and scoping; define requirements, risks, and success criteria.
- Lead solution design workshops, outlining trade-offs and aligning stakeholders.
- Produce and present clear documentation (flows, assumptions, integration models, timelines).
- Advise on enterprise data, integrations, and compliance considerations; proactively de-risk edge cases.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives and client technical teams.
- Collaborate with Implementation Engineers, Product, and Sales to ensure delivery meets commitments.
What We’re Looking For
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, consulting, or enterprise integrations.
- Strong client-facing consulting skills; comfortable engaging senior executives.
- Solid understanding of enterprise architectures and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in Python (or similar languages) and API-driven architectures.
- Passion for AI, automation, and voice-driven products.
- Familiarity with BFSI, Fintech, or Financial Services, ideally in the U.S. market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
