- Support customer in times of quality issues, involving completing necessary documentation, countermeasure replies and QPR replies.
- Support customer in times of special requests not directly related to quality issues, test schedule for gathering data for field issues/questions.
- Updating relevant QA documentation, logs and forms.
- Prepare and submit process change request packages to the customer.
- Prepare and submit customer specific APQP documentation.
- Support manufacturing line during new start up, including reviewing final inspection documents and making disposition of finished goods.
- Coordinate cross functional team meetings for quality related issues both internal and external.
- Miscellaneous activities.
