Job Details
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Functional Project Manager to support cloud implementation initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of business and technology projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, solid business acumen, and experience working with enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud Implementation & Project Support
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Support task management, follow-ups, and risk mitigation activities
- Coordinate and track User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
- Support the execution of enhancement releases and project updates
- Business Acumen & Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Project Delivery, IT Operations, and Sales Operations
- Facilitate business discussions, including requirements gathering, design overviews, and change management activities
- Draft test scripts and support testing efforts
- Assist in developing or delivering training materials and communications
- Application & Tools Experience
- Exposure to enterprise applications such as Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle Cloud, Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)
Qualifications:
- 2 5 years of functional project management or business analyst experience
- Experience in cloud or enterprise technology environments
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
