Workday Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Functional Project Manager to support cloud implementation initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of business and technology projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, solid business acumen, and experience working with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cloud Implementation & Project Support

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and status reports
• Support task management, follow-ups, and risk mitigation activities
• Coordinate and track User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles
• Support the execution of enhancement releases and project updates

1. Business Acumen & Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Project Delivery, IT Operations, and Sales Operations
• Facilitate business discussions, including requirements gathering, design overviews, and change management activities
• Draft test scripts and support testing efforts
• Assist in developing or delivering training materials and communications

1. Application & Tools Experience

• Exposure to enterprise applications such as Workday, ServiceNow, Oracle Cloud, Salesforce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.)

Qualifications:

• 2 5 years of functional project management or business analyst experience
• Experience in cloud or enterprise technology environments
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
