Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical PMO with Change Management experience to support the execution and governance of an already-established change management program. The candidate will coordinate technology initiatives, stakeholders, readiness activities, reporting, and change adoption across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track change initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
- Coordinate with IT, business, engineering, and operations stakeholders.
- Support change impact assessments, readiness, communications, and adoption activities.
- Maintain PMO governance, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
- Facilitate status meetings, governance reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Track change readiness and follow up on outstanding actions and deliverables.
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and escalate them appropriately.
- Support post-implementation tracking and transition to business-as-usual.
- Ensure adherence to the client's existing change management process and governance framework.
Required Skills
- 8 years of experience in Technical PMO, IT Project Management, or Change Management.
- Strong experience with enterprise technology projects and change initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with change impact, readiness, stakeholder management, communication, and adoption.
- Strong PMO skills.
- Experience working with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
Preferred
- Prosci / ADKAR or ITIL experience.
- Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale IT transformation programs.
